Hello, and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (CTTS). I provide counseling services from a Christian perspective, but my practice is open and welcoming to individuals of all backgrounds, beliefs, and faiths. My approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, respect, and a commitment to supporting each person’s unique journey toward healing and growth.

As a follower of Jesus, my faith informs the way I interact with others, though I meet each person where they are. I deeply believe in the value of every individual and in the transformative power of therapy, regardless of spiritual orientation.

When I’m not working, you can often find me enjoying time with my family, including my children and grandchildren, or indulging in my love for reading, crafts, and spending time with friends. These simple joys are an important part of who I am and the energy I bring to my work with you.
